Job summary

Orglink, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales at our Makati store.

You will help customers choose products, process transactions accurately, and maintain clean, appealing displays to enhance the shopping experience. The role requires at least a Senior High School graduate with relevant sales experience, a pleasing personality, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

A Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their product inquiries, recommending suitable products based on their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role includes achieving sales targets, processing transactions accurately, maintaining organized and attractive merchandise displays, monitoring inventory, and keeping the sales area clean and presentable. A Sales Associate is also expected to stay knowledgeable about products and promotions, address customer concerns professionally, and support daily store operations while following company policies and procedures.
