Job summary

Insular Oil Corporation is seeking a Sales Assistant to support day-to-day oil company sales activities, ensure accurate documentation, and assist customers with inquiries. The role requires good communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management and at least 2 years of related experience, with willingness to relocate to Bacolod if the company transfers there.

Sales Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

• Support the Segment Lead for Oil Companies by assisting with day-to-day sales

transactions and activities.

• Monitor sales activities and ensure timely encoding, tracking, and reporting of sales data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing and sales-related tasks.

2. Documentation

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related documents for internal processing and reporting.
• Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of all documentation related to Oil Companies transactions.

3. Customer Service

• Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns in coordination with the Segment Lead.
• Provide timely updates and resolutions to customer accounts and requests.

4. Other Responsibilities

• Perform additional tasks assigned from time to time to support sales operations and improve departmental efficiency.
