Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales support, sales coordination, or similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and managing daily sales activities and operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Answer inquiries regarding technicalities of construction.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation for client interactions.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
• Coordinate client communications, follow-ups, inquiries, and complaint resolution to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports against targets.
• Support inventory management and order processing for product availability and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Provide administrative support to the sales manager and team.
