About the role

RVD FOOD GROUP is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Assistant to join our team in Bagumbayan Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service
• Maintain a thorough understanding of RVD FOOD GROUP product portfolio and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support the overall sales objectives
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and customer feedback
• Participate in sales training and development programmes to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

• At least college grad
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• With Motorcycle
• Can do FIELD WORK
• Preferably from TAGUIG CITY
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a consultative approach to sales
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management tools
• Final Compensation Package and Schedule will be discussed during FINAL INTERVIEW.
