1. Assist in preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence.
2. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
3. Assist with monitoring and updating cash flow records and transactions.
4. Support daily bank transactions, check processing, and deposit transactions.
5. Track expenses and prepare basic financial summaries as needed.
6. Coordinate with internal departments and business units or other external partners (e Banks, suppliers)
7. Ensure timely submission of reports, approvals and documents.
8. Ensure sensitive financial documents are handled securely and confidentially.
9. Adhere to company policies and financial protocols
10. Delivers tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of Marketing, business administration or any related course.
• At least two (2) year work experience as Sales Admin Assistant.
• Good at interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Excellent in multi-tasking skills.
• A team player and with high level of dedication.
