Job summary

Sun-Made Agri Plus, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Trucking Coordinator to oversee daily sales and trucking activities, coordinating with drivers, customers, and the sales team to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is preferred, with a focus on accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, trucking, logistics, or related field is an advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Responsible, flexible, and capable of adapting to changing schedules and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales and trucking operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Monitor trucking schedules, delivery status, and vehicle availability.
• Resolve delivery delays and other logistics-related concerns.

• Prepare delivery schedules, reports, and other operational documents.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the sales and trucking teams.
