Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Ops/Analytics professional to administer sales and marketing tools, manage access and onboarding, and support SFDC configuration. You will drive demand generation activities, execute HTML-based email marketing, and prepare strategic materials for commercial programs and rewards initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Highspot, plus a track record in data quality and lead

Qualifications

• Experience identifying active prospects and pre-qualifying leads.
• 2–3 years of experience is acceptable; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in data-analyst-type roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer sales and marketing tools including SFDC, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Highspot.
• Manage user access, license provisioning, onboarding support for new hires.
• Support SFDC setup, role changes, access updates, configuration, and data maintenance.
• Handle product setup, account ownership transfers, and data quality requests.
• Support demand generation initiatives and follow-through execution.
• Provide eDM/email marketing support, including HTML-based Brand Experience execution.
• Prepare PMR, Growth Room, and Commercial Excellence presentation materials.
• Track Asia Rewards Program progress, communications, and reporting.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting to support commercial performance tracking.
• Manage communications for project launches, commercial programs, and rewards initiatives.
• Identify and pre-qualify active prospects.

• Administer sales and marketing tools including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Salesforce (SFDC); experience with Salesforce and Sales Navigator is a strong advantage
• Manage user access, license provisioning, and onboarding support for new hires
