You will administer tools like Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Salesforce; manage user access; support SFDC setup and data maintenance; assist with demand generation and prepare presentation

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
• Basic HTML and email marketing capability preferred
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Copilot

Responsibilities

• Administer sales and marketing tools including Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Salesforce (SFDC)
• Manage user access, licenses, and onboarding for new hires
• Support SFDC setup, role changes, access updates, configuration, and data maintenance
• Handle product setup, account ownership transfers, and data quality requests
• Support demand generation initiatives and ensure timely execution
• Brand Experience execution
• Prepare PMR, Growth Room, and Commercial Excellence materials
• Track Asia Rewards Program progress, communications, and reporting
• Ad-hoc reporting to support commercial performance tracking
• Manage communications for project launches, programs, and rewards initiatives
