Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase revenue.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct client presentations, meetings, site visits, and sales negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase revenue
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets
• Promote the company's solar energy products, EPC services, and other renewable energy solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and potential customers
• Conduct client presentations, meetings, site visits, and sales negotiations
• Coordinate with the technical team in preparing quotations, proposals, and project presentations
• Manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and monitor opportunities from initial contact through closing
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and other marketing initiatives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, maintain client records, and work toward assigned sales targets

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or any related field
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client relationship management is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation is an advantage
• Experience in technical sales, solar energy, electrical products, or construction-related industries is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and preparation of sales presentations and reports
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organized, and results-driven
• Willing to conduct client meetings, site visits, and fieldwork as needed
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the technical and operations teams
• Willing to work in Talisay City, Cebu
