Job summary

VTSA International Inc. (Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines) is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer to drive growth in Angeles, Pampanga. The role covers lead generation, client acquisition, product promotion, and market expansion through field visits and presentations.

The successful candidate will handle inquiries, follow-ups, and proposals, while coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and achieve monthly and yearly targets. Fieldwork and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or related role.
• Experience in Elevator or Construction industry strongly preferred.
• Certificates are an advantage.

We Are Looking For a

SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Work Location: BNK Unit B, Brgy, Fil-Am Friendship Hwy, Angeles, 2009 Pampanga, Philippines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
• Identify and pursue new clients, business opportunities, and potential markets.
• Actively promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
• Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and sales presentations as needed.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, projects, and client requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management and manager
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, sales activities, and account information.
• Perform other related sales and marketing duties as assigned by manager.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• With 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or a related role
• Experience in the Elevator Industry or Construction Industry are strongly preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new clients, with certificates is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales is an advantage
• Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and business development activities
• Willing to travel when required
• With a valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
