About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Staff to join the team at Polystar Manpower Services. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our services and building brand awareness within the retail and consumer products sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and support the growth of our organisation. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Create compelling marketing content including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for business growth
• Manage social media accounts and engage with customers through various digital platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in organising marketing events and promotional activities
• Support the development of marketing materials and presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure campaign success
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Preferably, experience with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
