Job summary

Workforce Nextgen Manpower Recruitment and General Services Inc. is seeking a Marketing Officer to build client relationships, generate business opportunities, and create effective marketing strategies for staffing solutions.

You will develop new B2B clients, promote manpower services, manage supermarket and retail accounts, coordinate field promotions, run digital campaigns, monitor market trends, and travel for client meetings. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
