Job summary

Laminar Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Admissions Associate to support trainee recruitment and admissions across its aviation training programs. You will manage leads, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with prospective trainees, parents, schools, and partners.

You will travel to recruitment events and sites as needed while ensuring a smooth enrollment process. The role requires strong communication, customer service, follow-up, and sales skills, with the ability to represent

Responsibilities

• Promote Laminar Aviation’s programs to prospective trainees, parents, schools, and partners.
• Respond to inquiries via calls, messages, social media, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads from various sources.
• Follow up with prospective trainees and assist in converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Provide accurate information on programs, admission requirements, schedules, and fees.
• Assist applicants throughout admissions and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Operations, Training, and other departments for a smooth enrollment.
• Build relationships with schools, student groups, and recruitment partners.
• Conduct outreach activities, school visits, and education fairs across Laminar’s sites.
• Represent Laminar professionally at recruitment events and seminars.
• Maintain records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
• Report on sales targets, lead conversion, and enrollment progress.
• Support other sales, admissions, marketing activities as needed.

SALES AND ADMISSIONS ASSOCIATE

Job Summary

The Sales and Admissions Associate is responsible for supporting trainee recruitment and admissions activities for Laminar Aviation. The role focuses on generating and managing leads, responding to inquiries, building relationships with prospective trainees, parents, schools, and other stakeholders, and converting qualified leads into enrolled trainees.

The position requires strong communication, customer service, follow-up, and sales skills, with the ability to effectively represent Laminar Aviation and its aviation training programs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote Laminar Aviation’s aviation training programs to prospective trainees, parents, schools, and other potential partners.

• Respond to inquiries through calls, messages, social media, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads from various sources.

• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective trainees and assist in converting inquiries into enrollments.

• Provide accurate information regarding training programs, admission requirements, schedules, fees, and other enrollment-related matters.

• Assist prospective trainees throughout the admissions and onboarding process.

• Coordinate with the Admissions, Operations, Training, and other concerned departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, student organizations, communities, and other potential recruitment partners.

• Conduct outreach activities, school visits, career talks, education fairs, and other recruitment activities across Laminar Aviation’s operating sites.

• Represent Laminar Aviation professionally during recruitment events, exhibits, seminars, and other promotional activities.

• Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment status.

• Monitor sales and recruitment targets and provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and enrollment progress.

• Support other sales, admissions, marketing, and recruitment activities as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.

• With experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, lead generation, recruitment, admissions, customer service, education/training, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication, interpersonal, and sales potential are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Confident in dealing with prospective trainees, parents, schools, and external stakeholders.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

• Good follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and online communication platforms.

• Willing to conduct fieldwork, school visits, recruitment activities, and events as required.

• Must be willing to work in or be based near SBMA/Subic, Zambales.

• Must be willing to travel to Laminar Aviation’s other operating sites and attend recruitment activities when required.
