Job summary

Laminar Aviation, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities across our aviation operations in the Philippines. You will coordinate with flight, maintenance, and support teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in aviation.
• Experience in aviation operations environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of CAAP regulations and PCAR.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across different locations, particularly Subic.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple operational priorities.
• Strong commitment to aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Laminar Aviation Inc.
• Ensure efficient coordination between operations, flight, maintenance, and support teams.
• Liaise closely with the Subic team to ensure smooth and timely execution of operational requirements.
• Monitor manpower, schedules, resources, and overall operational workflow.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) requirements, Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR), and company procedures.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and required documentation.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to management.
• Lead and guide team members while maintaining a professional and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications
