Alpha Aviation Group Philippines is seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to drive local activation, generate qualified leads, build partnerships, and support enrollment growth in the Philippines.

You will plan and execute events, manage the sales pipeline, and provide on-ground market insights while maintaining CRM records and reporting on activity and pipeline progress.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales conversion, or account management.

• Plan and execute career fairs, school visits, Pilot Orientation events, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, institutions, LGUs, and aviation-related organizations.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to consultation, application, and enrollment.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture leads to improve conversion.
• Support marketing campaigns and provide on-ground market insights.
• Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline information in Zoho CRM.
• Prepare monthly activity and pipeline reports.
• Coordinate field activities, events, and outreach programs.
• Maintain and update marketing and sales process documentation.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales conversion, or account management
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM
• Experience in education, aviation, or training is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-driven role
• Strong ability to build relationships and work with internal and external stakeholders
