Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Sales Analyst to join our team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on analyzing sales performance, customer trends, pricing, and market data to support strategic business decisions and revenue growth. You will develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports; validate data across CRM and ERP systems; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to drive efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, commercial analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or any CRM.
• Hands‑on experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, revenue, margins, and customer trends to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Create sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and demand planning reports.
• Monitor distributor, customer, and territory performance and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Support pricing analysis, rebate programs, and promotional effectiveness.
• Analyze product mix, profitability, and customer purchasing behaviors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to support business initiatives.
• Validate sales data and maintain data integrity across CRM and ERP systems.
• Collect, validate, and analyze tracing reports received from distributors.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance presentations for management.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Recommend process improvements and reporting automation.
