Job summary

Comglasco Aguila Glass Corporation in Cebu City seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and manage key accounts. The role involves developing sales strategies, negotiating with clients, and traveling for meetings in the Cebu area.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or related fields, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2 years minimum in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Experience in automotive, glass, or building materials is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in achieving sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for client meetings.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and adapt to flexible schedules based on sales needs.
• Amenable to do Field Works.
• Area of assignment - Cebu City

Experience:

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday 8AM-5PM (May vary depending on client visits and business needs).
