Job summary

Comglasco Aguila Glass Corporation is seeking a driven Sales Specialist in Valenzuela, with 2+ years in sales or account management. The role emphasizes building client relationships, developing sales strategies, and traveling to meet clients in the Valenzuela area.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and be able to work Monday–Saturday, with a base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Experience in automotive, glass, or building materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and manage client accounts in assigned area.
• Travel for client meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.

• Experience in the automotive, glass, or building materials industry is a plus.

Technical & Sales Skills:

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email communication.

Soft Skills & Work Ethics:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in achieving sales targets.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for client meetings.

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and adapt to flexible schedules based on sales needs.

• Amenable to do Field Works.

• Area of assignment - Valenzuela/Congressional/Quirino/Banawe Area

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday 8AM-5PM (May vary depending on client visits and business needs).
