Job summary

An automobile dealership is seeking sales staff in Bulacan. Candidates must be at least Senior High School graduates or hold a Vocational Diploma. Responsibilities include selling cars, maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. While experience in sales and marketing is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Training is provided. This position is on-site, located in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Understands, demonstrates & sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade‑ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop‑ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
• Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be at least Senior Highschool graduate, or possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Must have good communication and/or interpersonal skills.
