Job summary

Morgan McKinley in the Philippines is hiring for two sales support/admin roles. The team is global, with ongoing coaching, growth opportunities, and strong collaboration. Roles start in September with onsite work and flexible setup.

You will handle sales orders, quotes, and ensure POs and invoices are processed; follow up with clients; suggest process improvements. Daily client interactions are 60% email and 40% video calls across US, Asia, Europe. Mon-Fri, nightshift from 9pm.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–3 years relevant experience in Sales Support/Admin.
• Experience from Supply Chain/Logistics/Tech Industries (or B2B sales) is aPlus.
• Proficient in MS Excel; basic functions and Pivot Tables advantageous.
• Professional emailing and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily activities look like: getting sales orders, creating quotes, ensure purchase orders and invoices are processed
• Make effective follow ups to clients when needed
• Suggest improvements on processes when necessary
• Client interactions: 60% emails 40% video calls with customers Globally (US, Asia, Europe)

What you will bring in:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Ideally with 1-3 years relevant experience as a Sales Support/Admin (above scope)
• Experience from Supply Chain/Logistics/Tech Industries (or B2B sales environment) will be an advantage!
• Proficient in MS Excel – basic functions like computations (add, minus, multiply, divide) and using filters are okay. Advantage if you know how to use Formulas and Pivot Tables
• Professional Emailing
• Good interpersonal skills

Work Setup:

• Mondays - Fridays only
• Nightshift (starts at 9pm)
• Full Onsite - for better team collaboration and coaching to upskill (Currently have flexibility on setup)
