Abbott in the Philippines seeks a Sales Administrator I to support customers and operations with high levels of service and time management. You will handle tickets, schedule FedEx pickups, collect updated data, and draft quotes under guidance from leadership.

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, strong written and verbal communication, and flexibility for night shifts are required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Medical or non-medical course.
• Open to all applicants with or without work experience.
• Possess adaptability, analytical reasoning, discipline, and team contribution.
• Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.
• Strong computer/software skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Must be flexible to work on a night shift (6:00 PM–10:00 AM PHT).
• Available for overtime or rest days when needed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer and employee tickets through our queue system.
• Schedule FedEx pick-ups and investigate missed pickups; assist auto pick-up requests.
• Email Account Update/Change forms to gather updated customer data and follow up.
• Email correspondence with customers and employees on general office matters.
• Generate quotes and other sales documents, including price schedules.
• Perform price and trend analysis in Excel with direction from Sales Director.
• Conduct research projects on US state and local governments and outbound clinic calls.
• Observe HIPAA guidelines to safeguard patient and company confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity

As the Sales Administrator I, you will be responsible for customer interaction while demonstrating high levels of support and time management skills.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer and employee tickets provided through our queue system.
• Schedule FedEx pick-ups for customers by calling the FedEx service line, investigate missed FedEx pick-ups and assist clients with auto pick-up requests. Respond to original ticket for resolution.
• Email clients Account Update/Change forms to gather new, updated customer data. Provide the form to customers and follow up with customers on a preset schedule to receive data back from the customer in a timely fashion.
• Email correspondence with customers and employees on general office matters with direction and training provided by the Customer Service Manager.
• Generate quotes and other customer-facing sales documents, including price schedules.
• Perform price and trend analysis in Excel with direction and training provided by the Sales Director.
• Conduct research projects on United States state and local governments and complete outbound clinic call projects as needed.
• Observe legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Medical or non-medical course.
• Open to all applicants with or without work experience.
• Possess characteristics such as adaptability to the working environment, analytical or logical reasoning, consistent performance, discipline, and understanding the importance of individual work to company stability.
• Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.
• Strong computer/software skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6 :00 PM and 10 :00 AM Philippine Standard Time).
• Must be amenable to work overtime or during rest days when business requests additional paid hours.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work a graveyard shift with a fixed working schedule...
