Job summary

Abbott is hiring a Sales Administrator I to support customer and employee interactions with strong time-management and service-focused skills. This role is based in the Philippines, Taguig, and requires basic office software proficiency.

You will respond to tickets, schedule shipments, gather updated data from clients, generate quotes, analyze pricing in Excel, and assist the Sales Director with market research while upholding HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Medical or non-medical course.
• Open to all applicants with or without work experience.
• Must be flexible to work on a night shift (Philippine time).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and employee tickets via our queue system.
• Schedule FedEx pick-ups and resolve missed pickups.
• Email clients to gather data and follow up on forms.
• Email correspondence on general office matters with guidance from the Customer Service Manager.
• Generate quotes and customer-facing sales documents.
• Perform price and trend analysis in Excel with direction from the Sales Director.
• Conduct research on US state/local governments and outbound clinic projects.
• Observe HIPAA confidentiality and safeguarding patient information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity As the Sales Administrator I, you will be responsible for customer interaction while demonstrating high levels of support and time management skills.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer and employee tickets provided through our queue system.
• Schedule FedEx pick-ups for customers by calling the FedEx service line, investigate missed FedEx pick-ups and assist clients with auto pick-up requests. Respond to original ticket for resolution.
• Email clients Account Update/Change forms to gather new, updated customer data. Provide the form to customers and follow up with customers on a preset schedule to receive data back from the customer in a timely fashion.
• Email correspondence with customers and employees on general office matters with direction and training provided by the Customer Service Manager.
• Generate quotes and other customer-facing sales documents, including price schedules.
• Perform price and trend analysis in Excel with direction and training provided by the Sales Director.
• Conduct research projects on United States state and local governments and complete outbound clinic call projects as needed.
• Observe legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Medical or non-medical course.
• Open to all applicants with or without work experience.
• Possess characteristics such as adaptability to the working environment, analytical or logical reasoning, consistent performance, discipline, and understanding the importance of individual work to company stability.
• Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.
• Strong computer/software skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6:00 PM and 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time).
• Must be amenable to work overtime or during rest days when business requests additional paid hours.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work a graveyard shift with a fixed working schedule...
