Job summary

Aventus E-commerce Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately encode all sales transactions and related data in a timely manner.

You will input orders, customer details, quantities, prices, discounts, and other sales fields to ensure clean, usable records for reporting and inventory. This role requires careful review of encoded information, correction of errors, and strict confidentiality when handling sales data.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and completely encode all sales transactions and sales-related data within the required timelines.
• Encode sales orders, customer information, sales quantities, products, prices, discounts, and other required sales details accurately.
• Ensure that all sales transactions received for encoding are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Review encoded sales information for errors, omissions, duplicates, discrepancies, and other inconsistencies before submission or finalization.
• Promptly correct errors and coordinate with the appropriate personnel when clarification or verification is required.
• Maintain organized and updated sales records and files.
• Ensure that encoded sales information is available and reliable for subsequent sales, inventory, reporting, and management requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and proper care in handling sales records and information.
