Job summary

Lifesports Inc. is seeking a Sales Admin Officer to support the Outright Sales Team in Pasay City. You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with warehouses, and handle customer communications to ensure accurate processing and timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in business/marketing, 2+ years in sales operations, and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Govt procurements and PhilGEPS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, order processing and customer relations.
• Proficient in PhilGEPS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the Outright Sales Team.
• Receive, verify, and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to ensure stock and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and coordinate deliveries to meet schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate product and order information.
• Prepare quotations, sales presentations, and materials for client discussions.
• Support government procurement and PhilGEPS transactions.
