Job summary

DELFI MARKETING, INC. seeks a detail-oriented professional to support the sales team with clerical and light technical tasks. You will assist with sales reports, data gathering, portal data encoding and analysis, and monitoring of sales and trade programs.

Strong MS Excel and English communication are essential for accuracy and efficiency. Experience in a multinational setting and familiarity with SAP-ERP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong MS Excel skills.
• Exposure to a multinational environment is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP-ERP systems preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office applications (Excel and Word).

Job Objectives

Provides clerical and minor technical support for the sales department of a company or major organization. Responsibilities may include sales reports, data gathering, encoding and analysis of portal data, Sales monitoring, UBA monitoring and trade program monitoring/documentation of executions.

Abilities Required

• Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player


• Ability to adapt easily to new assignments in a fast-paced environment


• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential


• Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate good judgment and be able to respond quickly to requests


• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and minimal supervision


• Has extensive Microsoft applications experience specially in excel


• Has FMCG or trade marketing background

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Technology with high MS excel skills
