Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day training delivery and ensure alignment with schedules and priorities.
• Coach trainers and provide real-time support for learner concerns and issues.
• Review training delivery performance, quality results, and learner feedback.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations and other stakeholders on training needs.
• Consolidate monthly training performance and report to leadership.
• Develop annual training plans and capability-building strategies.
