We're Hiring: Sales Accountant!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to sales, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile a high volume of sales data, ensuring accuracy across systems (Sales System, POS, and cash deposits/online transactions).




• Prepare and analyze sales reports as required by management.




• Record sales journal entries, including the reconciliation of petty cash expenses from store operations.




• Perform e-sales reconciliation and filing.




• Perform other sales-related accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field.




• Experience in sales data handling, reconciliation, and sales report preparation.




• Preferably with experience using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.




• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data management, analysis, and reporting (e.g., sales reports and system vs. POS reconciliation).
