Job summary

U-BIX Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in Manila to actively pursue customer prospects and provide solutions that drive top-line revenue, acquisition, and profitability. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting products, and maintaining relationships to meet targets.

You will engage in networking, cold calling, and client meetings while coordinating with teams across departments to deliver compelling demonstrations and market insights.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven sales experience.
• Familiar with sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
