Job summary

U-BIX Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to actively pursue customer prospects and provide solutions that boost revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.

You will identify opportunities through networking, cold calls, and meetings, present products, analyze customer needs, maintain relationships, and help achieve sales targets while coordinating with teams across the company.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
