Job summary

La Europa Ceramica Tiles Center is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive B2B, B2C project-based, and dealer sales by specifying tile products to architects, interior designers, developers, and hardware dealers.

The role involves presenting tile options to A&D professionals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with estimating, technical, and logistics teams to ensure project success from lead to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in building materials, ceramics, hardware distribution, or related sectors.
• Strong familiarity with ceramic/porcelain standards, installation methods, and tile finishes.
• Existing network with local architects, interior designers, developers, and general contractors.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; willing to conduct frequent client visits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new B2B accounts across target segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealer networks and project accounts.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Present tile options to architects, interior designers, and specifiers.
• Assist with BOQs and tender documents for specifications.

About the role

A Sales Account Executive at La Europa Ceramica Tiles Center drives B2B, B2C project-based, and dealer sales by specifying tile products to architects, interior designers, general contractors, developers, and hardware dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new B2B accounts across target segments: commercial developers, residential contractors, hospitality projects, and wholesale tile distributors
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealer networks and key project accounts to secure repeat volume orders
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, revenue, and gross margin targets
• Call on architects, interior designers (A&D), and structural specifiers to present tile mockups, mood boards, sample swatches, and technical specification binders
• Successfully get company tile lines specified in commercial and high-end residential tender documents (Bills of Quantities / BOQs)
• Monitor the full project sales lifecycle: lead identification, architectural presentation, sample submission, formal bidding, contract closing, delivery scheduling, and post-installation support
• Advise clients on suitable tile materials, PEI ratings (wear resistance), water absorption rates, slip resistance (COF/R-ratings), rectification, and format sizes
• Coordinate with the estimating and technical team to review floor layouts, compute area square meterage, tile wastage allowances, and installation supply needs
• Prepare formal commercial quotations, negotiate pricing terms, manage delivery lead times, and issue pro-forma billings
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track batch/shade/dye-lot availability, stock allocations, and site delivery schedules

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in building materials, ceramics, hardware distribution, sanitary wares, flooring, or interior fit-out supplies
• Strong familiarity with ceramic/porcelain technical standards, installation methodologies, and tile sizing/finishes
• Existing network and rapport with local architects, interior designers, developers, and General Contractors (GCs)
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, and client retention skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct frequent client visits, site inspections, and showroom walkthroughs
