Job description

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s customer base within an assigned territory. The role involves developing relationships with tile retailers, distributors, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and other industry partners while promoting the company’s tile products and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, designers, and project developers.
• Regularly follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments.

3. Market & Competitor Monitoring

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, construction activity, and demand for tile products.
• Conduct regular competitor checks on pricing, product offerings, promotions, and market activities.

4. Product Promotion

• Promote new tile collections, designs, sizes, finishes, and product innovations.
• Ensure customers are properly informed about product specifications, applications, installation requirements, and availability.

5. Sales Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and field visit reports.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of prospective customers and projects.
• Submit required sales forecasts and territory reports on time.
