BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for the Salary Loans Group to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality. You will build strong relationships with DepEd Principals, teachers, and employees to source quality Salary Loan accounts.

Your responsibilities include maintaining excellent service, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth loan processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4- or 5-year course.
• Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing.
• Direct experience in salary loan or related financial products.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando La Union.

Responsabilités

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationships with DepEd Principals, Teachers and Employees.
• Identify potential clients for production-related activities.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and liaise with other units to resolve issues.
