Job summary

BDO Network Bank in the Philippines seeks an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to drive non-DepEd salary loan accounts and achieve sales quotas. You will identify and accredit potential institutions, build relationships with HR heads, payroll personnel, and other key staff to promote salary loan products.

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in sales/marketing, and familiarity with salary loan products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Direct sales/marketing experience with strategic selling.
• Minimum 3 years in related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan products.
• Willing to be assigned in Ilagan / Santiago Isabela.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads , HR Head , Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
• Willing to be assigned in Ilagan / Santiago Isabela
