Job summary

BDO Network Bank, the community banking arm of BDO Unibank, is hiring an Account Officer in Metro Manila to drive Salary Loan accounts and help meet sales quotas. You will identify potential institutions, establish relationships with HR heads and payroll officers, handle inquiries, review loan files, and execute marketing activities to achieve volume targets.

The role requires a four- or five-year degree, strong selling and communication skills, basic math, and familiarity with word processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with word processing & spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit institutions for Salary Loan products.
• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quotas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HR and payroll heads and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries from clients and coordinate with other units to resolve issues.
• Review loan files and agreements to ensure credit processing adequacy.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
