Job summary

BDO Network Bank is hiring an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group in San Fernando La Union. The role focuses on achieving loan volume targets while protecting profitability and credit quality, and delivering quality customer service.

You will generate Salary Loan accounts, build relationships with DepEd principals, teachers and staff, identify potential clients, and coordinate with internal units to resolve service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4- or 5-year course.
• At least 3 years of work experience in sales/related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan Product.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando La Union.

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationships with DepEd Principals, Teachers and Employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees
• Identify potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Product
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando La Union.
