Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc is seeking a Technical Support Engineer / Systems Administrator to manage and support Sage X3 ERP across departments. The role focuses on user management, license control, issue troubleshooting, and data integrity within the ERP environment.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of Sage X3 experience, strong ERP knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Flexible work arrangement and comprehensive benefits are offered from the Pasig-based team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Sage X3 administration or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Sage X3.
• Hands-on experience with user and license management, system troubleshooting, and data management within an ERP environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sage X3 licenses, ensuring correct user allocations and resolving login issues.
• Set up and deactivate users, reset passwords, and manage user roles and access rights.
• Maintain and update user tables, including common data tables.
• Set up new work teams and product categories.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues; conduct system housekeeping to maintain performance and data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve MRP rollback errors; modify product/master data including routings and lead times.
• Simulate pilot environments and dummy transactions to validate business processes; support UAT sessions.
• Rais e purchase orders and validate inventory against sales orders; assist closing work orders and stock management.
• Deliver one-on-one or group training on Sage X3 functionalities and maintain training materials.
