Job summary

Xurpas, Inc. is seeking a proactive ERPNext specialist in the Philippines to lead implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext modules across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.

The role focuses on gathering business requirements, mapping them to ERP workflows, and documenting functional specs, SOPs, and user guides, with ongoing user support during go-live and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERPNext in a support or functional role.
• Basic understanding of SAP FI/MM/SD is a plus.
• Strong interest in ERP systems and business process optimization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, HRIS, Payroll, Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERPNext implementation, configuration, and support.
• Gather requirements and map to ERP workflows.
• Document functional specs, training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
