Angkas in Cebu is seeking a Safety Trainer to lead Safety Riding Seminars, onboarding activities, and driver training programs, including rider accreditation and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in facilitating safety training, a valid LTO license for 2- and 4-wheel vehicles, TESDA NC II, and BOSH certification. Willingness to travel and collaborate with safety and operations teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilitating Safety Riding Seminars or driver training.
• Valid LTO Professional Driver's License for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
• TESDA Driving NC II certification.
• Completed 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
• Experience in safety and road regulations, and rider performance assessments.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training sessions for new drivers.
• Ensure training materials and procedures meet company standards.
• Assess rider understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Process driver accreditation and onboarding after training.
• Maintain records of attendance, results, and processed drivers.
• Monitor onboarding targets and collaborate with Ops and Safety teams.
• Promote safety and compliance among drivers.
