Job summary

Angkas in Makati is seeking a Safety Trainer to conduct Safety Riding Seminars, onboarding, and driver training while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance. You will monitor training quality, maintain trainee records, and collaborate with operations to improve rider safety across service areas.

The role requires hands-on training, documentation, and a proactive approach to safety performance, with travel to different locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• Minimum of 2 years in facilitating safety seminars or driver training.
• Valid LTO driver’s license for both two- and four-wheeled vehicles.
• TESDA NC II certification required.
• Completed 40-hour BOSH training.
• Experience operating motorcycles and cars.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine traffic laws and road safety.
• Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets/Forms.
• Must own a personal motorcycle and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training for new drivers.
• Ensure training materials and procedures meet company standards.
• Assess rider understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Process driver accreditation and onboarding after training.
• Maintain records of attendance, results, and processed drivers.
• Monitor onboarding targets and training quality.
• Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams on readiness.
• Promote safety culture among all drivers.
