Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) in Cebu is seeking a Safety Trainer to conduct safety riding seminars, onboard new drivers, and ensure training quality. You will process driver accreditation, maintain trainee records, and collaborate with Operations to improve rider readiness and safety performance.

The role requires 2+ years in safety training, a valid LTO license for both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles, and TESDA NC II along with a BOSH certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Safety Riding Seminars or driver training.
• Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
• TESDA Driving NC II certification.
• Completed 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
• Experience operating both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Must own a personal motorcycle.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training sessions for new drivers.
• Ensure all training materials and procedures are delivered according to company standards.
• Assess rider understanding of safety protocols, road regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Process driver accreditation and onboarding requirements after training completion.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, training results, and processed drivers.
• Monitor and help achieve onboarding and driver processing targets.
• Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams on rider readiness and deployment.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance among all participating drivers.
