Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) is seeking a Safety Trainer to lead Safety Riding Seminars and driver onboarding in CDO. The role conducts training sessions, assesses rider understanding, processes driver accreditation, and maintains records to ensure compliance with company standards.

You will collaborate with Operations and Safety teams to improve rider readiness and safety performance, monitor targets, and promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance across service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating Safety Riding Seminars or driver training.
• Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
• TESDA Driving NC II certification.
• Completed 40-hour BOSH training.
• Experience operating both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of road safety and local traffic laws.
• Experience in rider performance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training sessions for new drivers.
• Ensure all training materials and procedures are delivered according to company standards.
• Assess rider understanding of safety protocols, road regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Process driver accreditation and onboarding requirements after training completion.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, training results, and processed drivers.
• Monitor and help achieve onboarding and driver processing targets.
• Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams on rider readiness and deployment.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance among all participating drivers.
