Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a Safety Trainer/Officer in the Philippines to lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training programs across our construction, solar, and industrial projects.

You will develop materials, maintain records, and ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelors in Engineering/OSH, a DOLE-accredited SO2/SO3 or higher, and TESDA NC II in Scaffolding, with 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OSH, or related field (preferred).
• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2/SO3 or higher).
• TESDA NC II in Scaffolding is an advantage.
• Must have completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health), COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health), and TOT (Training of Trainers).
• At least 2-3 years of experience as Safety Trainer or Safety Officer in construction, solar, or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH laws, including DOLE OSH Standards.
• Experienced in conducting safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and safety training programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in preparing training materials, reports, and safety documentation.

Job description

BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health)
