Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Safety Specialist to lead occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental programs at our feed milling operation in Asia. You will conduct inspections, identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance across DOLE and BFP requirements.

The role requires coordinating PTW systems, safety training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of safety performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field is required.
• 40-hour basic OSH training and DOLE Safety Officer certification preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, audits, and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Strong communication, training, and incident investigation skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and improve SHE programs for feed mill operations.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits regularly.
• Identify hazards related to machinery, chemicals, and work at height.
• Coordinate PTW (Permit-to-Work) system for high-risk activities.
• Prepare safety reports and coordinate DOLE, BFP regulatory submissions.
• Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Promote safety culture and monitor SHE performance indicators.
