Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking an experienced HSE/SHE professional to strengthen safety programs across our operations in Iligan. You will lead development and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety policies, conduct inspections, investigations, training, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with multiple departments to foster a strong safety culture, maintain ISO/GMP frameworks, and support food safety and Halal requirements within your area.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety policies.
• Conduct inspections and investigations to identify hazards and root causes.
• Coordinate safety trainings and drills for employees.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with safety laws and standards.
• Maintain ISO/GMP frameworks within operations.
• Support Halal safety and food safety requirements in the area.
