CyberAge Construction Corp. is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to implement and monitor safety policies at project sites in Cebu. You will conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and ensure workers wear proper PPE according to OSH standards.

Responsibilities include site inspections, incident reporting, coordinating with project teams, and leading emergency drills to minimize hazards and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong communication and on-site presence in Cebu.

• Implement and monitor the company's safety policies and procedures at the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety orientations for workers.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and company safety policies.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, inspection checklists, incident reports, and other safety-related documents.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor the implementation of safety procedures for construction activities, including excavation, working at heights, lifting operations, and equipment use.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers, and site personnel regarding safety concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of emergency response procedures and participate in emergency drills.
• Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and safety violations to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other safety-related duties as assigned by management.
