Job summary

HTLand, Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer/Company Nurse to promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace across its office locations and property management operations.

The role includes implementing safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting inspections, and supporting wellness initiatives. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide basic occupational health services and respond to medical incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and RN with PRC license are required.
• At least 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety or related roles.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health standards; proficient in MS Office applications.

Job description

The Safety Officer/Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace environment across the organization's office locations and property management operations. The role is responsible for implementing occupational safety and health programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations, conducting workplace inspections, managing employee health and wellness initiatives, and serving as the company's designated health and safety representative.

As a Registered Nurse, the Safety Officer also provides basic occupational health services, handles medical incidents, and supports employee wellness programs to foster a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License; Certified in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and CPR.

2. At least 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety, corporate nursing, workplace health, or a related role.

3. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health standards and regulations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
