• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
• Accredited Safety Officer (SO2 or higher) required.
• Certified OHNAP required.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, basic healthcare services, and medical assistance to employees.
• Maintain employee medical records and monitor health-related concerns.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations, health programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Administer and monitor workplace safety and health policies in compliance with government regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Organize safety trainings, emergency drills, and occupational health awareness activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSH standards and reportorial requirements.
• Coordinate with government agencies, healthcare providers, and emergency responders as necessary.
