Job summary

Tangent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Company/Corporate Nurse to deliver basic health care, administer first aid, and provide nursing interventions for employees.

This role supports the health program and ensures proper documentation and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will oversee Annual Physical Examinations, manage clinic operations and medical supplies, and coordinate with PhilHealth, HMO, and insurance providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or ADN, with current nursing registration.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Corporate Nurse or Safety Officer preferred.
• Experience handling OSH reports and employee health records.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic health care, administer first aid, and nurses' interventions for employees.
• Oversee Annual Physical Examinations and employee health evaluations.
• Manage clinic operations, medical supplies, and monthly disbursements.
• Maintain confidential medical records and coordinate with practitioners.
• Coordinate PhilHealth, HMO, and employee insurance matters.
• Assist in medical events and disseminate health bulletins to staff.
• Attend to medical concerns and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support internal audit activities related to health risk governance.

Job description

Provide basic health care, administer first aid, and/or nursing intervention to employees.

Oversee and manage the Annual Physical Examination of the company.

Clinic and supplies management, monthly medical supplies disbursement, inventory, and requisition

Evaluation of employees’ health, if and whenever needed.

Provide monthly reporting of all medical concerns, including medicine inventories.

Medical Certificates validation and coordination with medical practitioners/doctors when needed.

Manage and coordinate PhilHealth, HMO, and insurance concerns of the employees.

Aid in medical events and activities.

Ensures the dissemination of health-related bulletins/programs.

Attend and follow up on all medical-related concerns.

Maintain and keep all medical records and ensure the confidentiality of the same.

Performs duties in relation to internal audit functions to examine, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and governance.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing and or Associate Degree in Nursing.

Must be a registered Nurse.

Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Company/Corporate Nurse/Safety Officer or other related experience.

Experienced in handling OSH reports.

With high moral standards of honesty and professionalism.

Keen attention to detail and with a high level of maturity and confidentiality.

Able to work during public holidays and rendered overtime as required.
