Job summary

EC Structural Composites, Inc. is hiring a Safety Officer to support OHS policies, assess risks, and maintain health and safety standards across sites in the Philippines.

The role involves advising on safety topics, updating policies, and organizing training for staff. The successful candidate will have a SO3 category, COSH/LCM/HIRAC training, at least two years of relevant construction experience, and willingness to work Monday to Saturday with project-based deployments; staff housing is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Safety Officer 3 (SO3) category.
• At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• COSH Training.
• LCM Training.
• HIRAC training.
• Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to accept project-based assignments in different locations throughout the Philippines. (Staff house provided upon deployment).
• Can start immediately.

Job description

A Safety Officer's primarily duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, supporting OHS policies, advising on safety topics, conducting risk assessments, updating policies, organizing training, inspecting premises, investigating incidents, and reporting occurrences. Implement and maintain health and safety standards. Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
