Job summary

Netforce International, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Safety Officer to support the Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP). You will conduct site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and PPE monitoring to ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction safety, COSH training, and strong report writing and interpersonal skills to enforce safety measures and coordinate with foremen and heads on hazard mitigation.

Qualifications

• Must have completed COSH training as required by DOLE.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in construction safety; golf course or civil works is an advantage.
• Familiar with DOLE and OSH standards and guidelines.
• Proficient in report writing, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards safety enforcement.

Responsibilities
